The following are the criteria for becoming a patient at The Clinic. We also provide homeless individuals or those in housing transition with medical care. If you have any questions about becoming a patient, please contact the Clinic Practice Manager at 610-935-2163 and she will answer your questions.
Our patients must have:
- You must have no insurance
- You must provide photo identification
- You must have contact information for us to reach you (telephone number and/or email)
- You must bring a family member or friend to the appointment who is authorized to share your medical information, if English is not a first language. The Clinic does have a Spanish translator available daily, however our translator is a volunteer and very busy with patients.
How to schedule an appointment:
Please call the Appointment Desk at 610-935-1134 at Extension 27 or Extension 21 to make an appointment. The Appointment Desk is staffed between 9:00 – 4:00 Monday to Friday, however you will reach the answering message during lunch hour from 12:00 – 1:00.
The Clinic does accept walk-in patients, however if our providers are busy you will need to wait or make an appointment.
Monday 8:45 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday 8:45 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday 8:45 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Thursday 8:45 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Friday 8:45 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
